1st Mainit Graduation Rites

The 1st Mainit Elem. School graduation rites in Mainit, Carcar, Cebu featured the Medal of Excellence given out by DYAB Abante Bisaya ABS-CBN Cebu to 30 valedictorians in Cebu.
