  1. Everything in life is a gamble. It is a gamble that you will still have a job tomorrow and that the bank you put your money in isn't going to collapse overnight and that you will not be run over by a bus as soon as you walk out your front door tomorrow morning. The odds are fairly good in your favour but it still isn't guaranteed. It is a matter of deciding which gambles have a risk you are prepared to take and offsetting one risk against another where you can.

Some things have a higher risk and therefore a potentially higher return. Investing in the share market is likely to give a better long term income than just sticking your money in the bank but if you need to pull your money out at the wrong time you will make losses. Some people will gamble on not needing that money while the market is down while others will not.

There are things with progressively higher risks and progressively higher potential returns and the things people usually think of when they think of gambling are just those at the end with the highest risks. Everyone gambles, just not everyone is prepared to gamble when the risks of losing are so high.

The only good thing I see coming from gambling is when someone actually wins. Whether it's online casino
poker, lottery, slot machines, football pools, bingo and others of course. Who wouldn't want to win some mad cash?

We all know that no form of gambling is guaranteed, unless you're the only one that's playing. Since it's clear that the average person usually loses more than he/she wins, then wouldn't the bad out weigh the good?

Do gambling destroy a lot of homes and families? Can it kick you out in the streets? Maybe, if you are gambling with your rent money. So I guess my question is "Is gambling a sin?" Is it putting money before God?

Some people will put "money before God" as you put it - the gambling addicts. These are the people who gamble with the rent and the food moeny, or steal money from other to gamble with.

I, however, gamble regularly. But, I know my limit and never gamble with money I can't afford to lose. Losing the money feels bad, of course, but winning it back feels great. And I know that gambling is not a way to get money - well, not for me anyway. It's just a passtime I enjoy, and like a lot of passtimes, it costs me money. Oh well.

  15. I have taken note that of all kinds of insurance, health insurance coverage is the most marked by controversy because of the issue between the insurance policy company’s necessity to remain adrift and the consumer’s need to have insurance plan. Insurance companies’ revenue on health plans are certainly low, as a result some corporations struggle to earn profits. Thanks for the tips you reveal through this site.
