Lomibao replaces Zambo Norte PNP chief in probe of journalist's murder
To douse suspicion that he would influence the investigation of the murder of the radio broadcaster last week in Dipolog City, the Zamboanga del Norte police director, Supt. Jeufel Adriatico, has been replaced.
