Girl, 10, gradually blinding

A 10-year girl is slowly losing her sight. Roselyn Garces, assisted by her grandmother Melba Garces, approached Dave Tumulak's award-winning "Tabang Patrol" program seeking help for her gradual blindness. Tumulak endorsed the pair to the Cebu City Medical Center where a doctor confirmed that her blindness is congenital (inborn).

Supposedly, Roselyn would be Grade 4 by now but she stopped schooling when she kept on stumbling on stairs leading to the suspicion that she cannot see. Now, she needs help in spending for training in Braille blind reading system, and other resources for the blind.
