April 14, Cebu City -- Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmena has welcomed DENR Secretary Michael Defensor's promise to award the title of the entire South Reclamation Project (SRP) to Cebu City.

But Talisay City Mayor Socrates Fernandez told DYAB Radyo Patrol that they will file a case in court to question the title's legitimacy.

This controversry will be tackled during the weekly Kapamilya Media Forum tomorrow, Friday, 9 a.m., in Barbecue Palace, D. Jakosalem St., Cebu City.
