Nadsu Joins Transpo Strike

April 14, Mandaue City -- The Nagkahiusang Drayber sa Sugbo (Nadsu) will take part in the nationwide transport strike on Monday and Tuesday next week.

But Nadsu Chairman Anthony Pogado told DYAB Radyo Patrol that they are not supporting the organizers' demand for a P1 provisional fare hike for public utility jeepneys (PUJs).

Instead, Nadsu is asking the national government to repeal the oil deregulation law.

Pogado said the public could no longer afford to pay the minimum fare if it is raised to P6 or P8. [30]
